For setting up the WhatsApp module in kivicare, you need to enable the WhatsApp switch as mention in ProSetting Tab from the setting page.

Follow the same as Twilio SMS guide to configure Twilio WhatsApp configuration.

For customizing the template of WhatsApp go to Setting -> SMS Template.

Note: we used the SMS template as the WhatsApp template. Templates same for both.
